Reposhing this item I purchased from @chloe15108. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. In great loved condition. Super cute off the shoulder dress for summer. Elastic waist mini dress. Thread on label is hanging on one side that can be sewn. No signs of wear or flaws. Skirt hits above knee about 17” from waist. Elastic waist is approximately 15”. Off shoulder neckline and sleeves are elastic. Fabric is gauzy.
