I bought that backpack on December 23 2024 and today is 4 2025 and it still hasn't arrived I want my Backpack that’s why I bought it, I set the address of my house correctly Poshmark says it protects the buyer from the moment they purchase an item until it reaches the buyer, I have sent emails to Poshmark and they have not responded I want my backpack as soon as possible. I don't understand why it hasn't arrived who can help me get it to my house finally?

@laurarincon650 I am so very sorry this has not gotten to you yet. I mailed it out on December 24th. This is the postal services fault. Please follow this tracking number 9405511208104454255919 and it will show you where it was mailed out in the 24th. I did my part in getting it mailed out right away. Again I’m very sorry the postal service has let us down. Hopefully it will be delivered to you soon.

@laurarincon650 you are very welcome as I totally understand how you feel. I’ve purchased things on Poshmark before that took way longer than expected to be delivered and I was frustrated also.

I am upset because I have tracked the package at USPS and it always says the same thing that it is going to arrive at its final destination but there are already 11 places where the package has gone and it has not finished arriving, it does not say the day or time of delivery, when will it reach me? I already want it with me

USPS just told me to file a claim and Poshmark too since they are the platform where it was sold, I need a response as soon as possible, I need them to solve the problem now, I've been waiting for so many days and I'm very upset with this!

Who is responsible for this? Every day since December 23 when it was sent and today January 7 2025 that I was waiting for my purchase, I spoke with USPS 3 times and they told me that the package was not lost and today they called me from USPS from where the package had to arrive to bring it to me, they told me that the package they do not know where it is! I need a response now for my purchase!
