This dotted print is an ode to designer David Hicks. Flattering wrap style with white piping. New with discount store tag (not Tory Burch tag.) Main label has been removed but it says Tory Burch on care tag. Estimated size 4. Recommended for 34 bra size and smaller. It fits me (an 8) other than bust.
