@regencloud Hi , these are exact measurements that comes from TB . The coat fits like a small which allows room if layering is need . I responded about the belt that the belt TB is wearing was apart of a runway show ..no it does not come with a belt but can be worn belted or with a navy blue sash . Hope this help .
