This blue and white striped, ruffle neck popover top from Tory Burch is a great, casual blouse for any season. Size 6. Crisp, cotton long sleeved shirt with crocheted scallop trip at collar. Mock neck. Button closure at front. May run small. Check measurements before purchasing. All measurements are approximate: armpit to armpit: 19 1/4 shoulder to hem: 24 3/4 armpit to wrist: 17 100% cotton, trim 100% polyester Missing two Tory Burch logo buttons as pictured. My recommendations would be to 1) move the top buttons lower and leave the top two buttonless or 2) replace with non-logo mother-of-pearl buttons for a similar look without the designer's brand on the buttons.
