Bought this back in 2020 and used it a handful of time. It’s kept in a dust back and there are no visible scratches. Interior is clean. Chain can be used as a crossbody or shoulder bag. I mainly used it as a shoulder bag since the crossbody was a little too long for me (I’m 5’0ft for reference.)
