Tory Burch polka dot short sleeve blouse in mustard yellow

This shirt has been modified. Two inches were added to each side as well as a zipper. Laying flat, pit to put is approximately 19” now. It was a size zero, but I would say it fits more like a large now. It still has the Tory Burch buttons and hardware and the addition blends in, especially when it on.
