Tory Burch ruffle dress

Tory Burch vibrant red ruffle sleeveless dress. Women's size 2, gently used condition. Due to the lightweight cotton material, the ruffle trim edges have a raw-like edge and fine threads are rather visible. These can be cut, but given the type of fabric it does seem likely to always have some cosmetic loose threading. There is a faint discoloration on the left armpit as seen in pictures. Hidden side zip closure. Measurements taken laying flat: Underarm to underarm: 16.5" Length: 37" Waist: 13.75”
