Toska pencil skirt

A pencil skirt that’s a little more interesting than just a plain black pencil skirt. Round it out with a black blouse for a cute outfit to wear to work. The front looks exactly like the back. No slits. The waistband has a little stretch but not much. The elastic is built in so you kind of have to shape it yourself. Waist: 13.5” Length: 24”
