@ronbon1. It is 15” tall and 18-1/2” wide. It zips shut. There are 3 inside pockets and one is zippered.

@ronbon11 yes, it has an adjustable shoulder strap. I think I used this one or two times. I am 5’3” and it was too big for me. The bag is in great condition.
