hazeenmom Although i absolutely love pet rats. 🐀 I had them growing up and i just unfortunately buried my last one this past summer. But not every woman is as open and 🐀 friendly as we are and it's possible that they are not wanting to purchase from a home with pet rats or cats or dogs even. A lot of women are scared of 🐀 unfortunately. So my suggestion is to change your profile picture and find out how to delete my comments.

hazeenmom Another tip is to always send a thank you card with your packages. I send freebies as well. Little things like pens or stickers. Something small but cute that says "I appreciate your business and your a valued customer" trust me girly even when something wrong happens (and it will bc it happens to everyone!! It's 100% expected) if they see a card and a gift they'll be more positive and patient with the mistake and they'll come back.

hazeenmom I just barely got two orders mixed up and bc I sent them both freebies and the card neither one got upset nor asked to return them. And one just barely repurchased from me today. We're all human and we make mistakes but it's worth it to invest in their time and business bc they didn't have to purchase from us. There's thousands of other sellers on this platform. And rarely do we feel appreciated by the people who we give our hard earned money to.
