So now it just has regular belt loops, you can hardly notice the alteration unless you knew to look” Very nice 100% cotton chino. They flood hard, well above the ankle, so they may be 25 inch inseam so you have to be into the style. Material is great, some slight signs of wear and fading, but they look good. They had some built in metal fastener on the hip but they worked poorly and I cut them out. Now they are just regular pants with regular belt loops, much better. Waist 15.5in, inseam 25in, waist to ankle 34in
