Tough Luv Plaid Short Shorts

Tough Luv Clothing plaid short shorts with pink ribbon tie up on side. These are super short!!! Purchased from Hot Topic in early 2000s Flat on table from one side to other is 16.5 inches. The side does tie some to accommodate. But I would still say these are more on the medium to small large side. Measurement flat from croch to side under pink tie for visual reference is 9.5 inches.
