Tough Luv Tie Dye dress Juniors size large

This is in good preowned condition. No rips or stains. I believe it's a Junior size large, but use measurements. This is a shorter one. Laying flat, measurements are 17.5" chest (underarm to underarm) and from center front of neckline to hem is just under 27"
