Toumajean Couture dress

Lebanese designer, original Europe size 42. Altered- hemmed at the bottom and used fabric to cover chest and back area. Details on hem was sewn back to its original look. Lifted at shoulders so arm and chest area fits right because I am 5'1" which makes me petite. Fits size 8 petite. Worn once. Stunning bell sleeve dress with crystal at front waist area. Needs cleaning. Designer tag was removed because of alterations.
