Tove Clara dress in light blue. In great condition! Left arm seam came a little loose but can be repaired easily at home or with tailor. Pit to pit is 17.5” and length is 37”. The front is about 2” shorter, see photo. The waist is not elastic, but it is adjustable by using the tie on the side.
