Towle Sterling Silver Square Bowl Spoon Mary Chilton 7 7/8" Vintage

The spoon measures 7 7/8" long and 2" at the widest point. The Towle Silver mark is the letter T enclosing a lion, dating to 1890. The company  in Newburyport, MA, was founded in 1882.  This pattern was part of the discontinued Mary Chilton line.This piece is in excellent condition, having been in my collection for over 50 years. The handle has a floral design and a place for a monogram.
