New with tags. Beautiful dress, hits slightly below the knee. Part above the chest and sleeves are sheer. Ruching on the bottom adds a sexy touch. There is a slit on the back from the waste to the neck that is held closed by 2 buttons. I added a purple tank (not included in sale) in the photos so the opening can be seen. Except for the sheer portion, the rest of the dress is lined and high quality.
