YES these have the liner. NO they are not the current version of the Reggies with the really nice pockets in the back, these just have the zipper and internal key pockets. I won't lie these are quite old and I did probably every long run for like 2 years straight in them, so they've been used heavily. I promise the little white dots aren't stains, it's lint.
