Tracy Negoshian Tunic Blouse XS EUC

Bought in St Pete from the Tracy Negoshian boutique for a vacation night dinner. Just worn the one time. There are some threads that fray around the bottom and sleeves which are easily trimmed. It’s just the fabric that was used and how they finished it. I wouldn’t consider it a flaw, just wanted to call it out for transparency sake!
