Bought at Anthropologie and worn only once. I still have the tags/extra button, though unattached (will send with skirt). Elastic waist measures 14.5” across unstretched. Cute white contrast stitching and buttons up front. Has pockets and little tie waist belt. Super comfy and lightweight. Handkerchief cut hem with contrast white edging inside, visible as it moves.
