cheriehumphrey5 Hello Molly, Thank you for your interest. I’ll add a picture to the listing of the label, but the shell is 70% cotton, 30% nylon. Then there is a full “slip” and it has a layer of tulle in the skirt to give the skirt body. It’s such a fun dress! Let me know if there’s anything else I can answer. cheriehumphrey5 @cgarveynd Hello, it’s 13 1/4 “ but to explain, this isn’t the “waist”, this seam hits below the bust. Not empire style, but it also is not at the waistline, this seam is in between. Id love for you to have it; the price I set it at is really fair so I’m not going down on it simply because it’s an elegant Tracy Reese piece at a great price.
