Pencil skirt with curved from hem and pleated panel details. Almost a wiggle-skirt-shape. Exposed zipper in center-back. Slight stretch to the waistband; not really a stretch garment despite the scuba-suit-look of stitching. Waist is 29” and hips are 38.” Back length is 21” and the length at the shortest point in the front is 18.”
