Tracy Reese Shirred Frock Midi Dress

Purchased through Rent the Runway after renting the dress and loving it! Unfortunately it is too small for me now and won’t zip up. Definitely a smaller size 8 because there is no wiggle room or stretch. Gorgeous thick material with petticoat underneath to create lots of volume. I would keep this if it fit but I don’t see that happening any time soon.
