This is a gorgeous vintage skirt from Tracy Reece. It is loaded with beads randomly placed on the top layer, and along the hem of the lining. It features a flat fitting waist, and then flares out to a full skirt. The color is a cotton color white not stark white. Truly a unique and beautiful piece. This is preowned and vintage in very good condition. There is one tiny spot on the waist band see last photo. Waist 32” Length 28”
