Gorgeous Tracy Reese cocktail dress! Black dots with nude underlay. This dress has boning and a elastic strap bra feature, so it is shapely and secure without a bra. It is hard to see in the picture, but the fabric is twisted (like a bandeau bathing suit top) which makes it very pretty at the bust! Easy to wear and beautiful! Size 4. Original owner...worn literally once for about 3 hours. Needs a new owner to love it!
