Tracy Reese for Anthropologie Albury Textured Pencil Skirt, Size S

Anthropologie, Tracy Reese Linen/cotton blend, beading, sequins, embroidery ***This skirt is a project skirt*** The beading and sequins are beautiful, but fell off from the start (it is poorly sewn in). I wore this three times, and had to tidy it up before each the 2nd & 3rd times. I did not have sequin/beading shedding while wearing, but they loosen when you wear and so then I took the loose pieces off before the next wear. It would take someone all of 15 mins to just remove all the beading, and you'd still be left with the beautiful embroidery. I do think the beading clean up is worth it, this is a highly complimented skirt. Zipper and hook-eye closure in the back, back slit Size Small, fits very small, no give Gently used Size and fabric tags removed I aim to provide very competitive pricing, and so price is firm unless bundled, thank you If measurements are available they are shown in photos
