Tracy Reese vintage pink fuchsia bubble hem skirt, knit fabric, elastic waist M

Vintage Tracy Reese bubble hem skirt made from acetate/nylon/elastase knit fabric. The third photo shows the inside of the skirt. The mannequin has 26” waist and 36” hips. Because the skirt has a 30” waist, it sits on her high hips. Flat measure of the waistband is 15” unstretched. The waistband has elastic inside. Length is 23.5”. Tag says dry clean but I’ve hand washed it with cold water and air dried it with no problems. In very good gently used condition. No stains, tears, runs, or holes.
