You mentioned it was too small...may I ask if it was the arms of chest? Do you think it may have been shrunk a bit in the wash? or is the still a 34? Usually her sweaters run a little large.

@ashkenaziauthor hello! I’m just seeing this, sorry for the late reply. This does seem to me like it’s been shrunk in the wash slightly. I can take measurements and add a couple more pictures next time I’m home. I would say it’s still a size 34 though, it’s not badly shrunken or felted, it’s still soft to the touch.
