lovelylupuslady @aeasterling how if your lupus today ? Don't worry about not trading with me I'm still wearing size 16 but started the Paleo diet today and hope it helps me go back to prelupus weight and help my joint pain too. It's been snowing here, it's freezing but I admit it is pretty. I'm saving up money to move to Cali :)

lovelylupuslady @aeasterling hi Amanda the Paleo diet is sort of a cave man like diet. Meat, eggs, nuts, no dairy, no wheat and gluten is a major inflammatory for us btw, you can't have white potatoes but you can have sweet potatoes. No sugar but honey is okay, it sounds hard but for me it's easy to give up the bread to get better :) I'm pretty desperate to get better!

sommerbrezz @aeasterling hey darling I so wana say thank you for posting my family and me, so wonderful to meet someone that can understand what we go through with the lupus, but I know this has brought wonderful ppl into my life, so I gotta say lupus in some sense hey u brought amazing ppl to me and vise versa, it's so nice to meet you sweetie, I have my bad n good days, but it's not gonna get me.. I would live to talk to you anytime honey .. I live in Atlanta Ga and like I said I stay home take care of my son and myself cause he defintey needs me.. So this girl here has to take care of herself Also I had my Romeo he was my heart my lil daushand think i spelled that wrong, but he passed away Christmas Eve, he wasn't able to move, he became paralyzed I had such a beautiful funeral for him, he's beside me in a beautiful eurn, ya know ppl that are animal lovers when u get a lil doggie or cat raise them, girl it's like that's my child so I was and still miss him dearly.. But on another beautiful side I got my lil chi n my lil terrier.. I hope we can talk more.. Btw I love your closet💖😘💗sending hugs n love🎀🎀🎀❤❤
