Traditional Indian Highly Decorated Formal Skirt

Beautiful richly embroidered traditional Indian skirt. Roughly a size L-XL (14-16). Waistband (not stretchy) 18 inches long across front, side zip and drawstring closure. 40 inches long. 3 layers: lining, green brocade, and blue embroidered sheer overlay. Very swishy. No brand/tag. Great condition with only very minor wear.
