No label, exact size unknown; fits like a 0-2, or maybe a kids’ XL. Shoulder to hem: 34” Across chest: 15.5” Material unknown; likely cotton-acrylic blend. Central design on the skirt is of a bird surrounded by floral designs. Dress is royal blue, and embroidery features green, white, yellow, orange, pink, red, and gold/beige.
