My daughter only wore it once for her 2nd birthday bday and she wore size 3t at the time but she could still wear it now and she is 4 years old but it would be a little on the shorter side regarding length right below the knees. Both the shirt/top and skirt are adjustable to waist and shoulders by tying the satin strings.
