lovemusichatera @kfent414 No. It is the proper length and fit for a man's kilt. The waist size is 34. It fits me perfectly, and I am 5'11", 190lbs.

lovemusichatera @mikehooperjr the tag with the material isn't there (though the kilt was never worn). It feels like the wool in my other Kilts. Then again it could be a very good acrylic like some other Kilts. Either way, it feels (and looks) amazing.
