Traditions Pamela Kline Womens Vest Med NWT RARE

Offered is a RARE handmade vest by Traditions by Pamela Kline. It size Medium and NWT. It has a 2 button closure. There is a tag on the vest that is handwritten that gives a description of the vest - see pictures. I have searched for any clothing made by Pamela Kline and there doesn't seem to be any out there! Only beautiful linens. The measurements are: Length from shoulder to hem (Not including the "dart" at the front bottom hem) - 21" Bust from side seam to side seam - 19"
