Train romper

This is so beautiful! White top with train smocking and blue piping on Peter Pan collar and sleeves. Buttons down back. Top also buttons to attach to navy velvet bloomers. Pictures don’t do it justice! There is no tag or size, so please see measurements. My husband wore this for his holiday photos at age 24 months (in 1990- so it’s vintage). Has been preserved and is in great shape.
