Tranquility weighted blanket. Read description

I am unsure of the weight. I think it was 10-12 lbs. I was in a bad accident and a friend got me this because it helped her with pain when you wake up in morning. I tried it for 3-4 nights and It was too warm for me. I need to sleep in the COLDDD. It’s been sitting in my closet for a while and I’m in Florida now. I just don’t have room for things I don’t use. They are supposed to make you feel cozy and the weight is supposed to be good for you to sleep I just need the fan on me and light sheet. I’m not sure of how to wash these. I’m sure it’s just a quick YouTube. It is a smaller size. Twin I believe? 24”x60” approx.
