Love these pants, but I'm a little worried about the fit as leather is particular. Chances are these will be perfect for me since I wear a 2-3, but I'm wondering if you might consider returns, in the unlikely event that they don't work out. If not, no worries!

Hi.
I have a lot of Transit, size 2 usually does the trick. However, you say they fit like a small. Do they sit below the waist as in low rise, because they would be 30" all the way round?
