Transparent high/low skirt from Forever 21

Transparent high low navy blue skirt from Forever 21 with a side slit. Smooth fabric perfect for the summer. Size small and zipper on the side. Worn a few times but great condition. It’s a maxi skirt, I’m 5’5 and it goes all the way down without touching the floor so perfect for flats/slippers.
