Trashy Diva 70s 40s disco red cheetah cropped blouse tie size 8

I love everything about this shirt (the vintage looking zipper, the 3 button barrel cuffs) except the tie. I could get it altered, but don't even want to think about cutting this gorgeous rayon. 95% rayon/5% spandex. Great with high waist skirts, shorts, pants, leggings.
