I did remove the tags when first trying on because I didn’t think I’d ever let her go. Beautiful crepe fabric with a defined belted waist, bishop sleeves, and gorgeous embroidery. Size chart taken from website. Waist measures 14” flat no tension, when pulled more taut extends to 15” flat.
