@kkoretzky measured flat waist is 12", length is 18"

@katieshay164 is there any stretch to the waist at all?

@matherlouth No, not really. The fabric relaxes a bit as you where it, but it is not elasticated. I have had great luck on other garments using "elastic fashion clips" to bridge items that are too tight, or cinch items that are too loose.
