Trashy Diva Tropical Flowers Obi Dress Size 12

This Tropical Flowers Obi Dress from Summer 2011 is Size 12. It is in good used condition, with a few flaws to note. There is minor fraying on the upper inside of the obi tie on one side, which is not visible when worn. There is also minor fraying at the top of the gathered sleeve on the same side. There is a small spot of white that is a fabric misprint. (You can see how it was supposed to look on the inside.) There is minor wear to the flat rayon fabric, but the colors are very vibrant. Unfortunately, I received this dress without knowing it had been unevenly altered. The sides of the skirt are 22" and the center is 25". I am 5'6, and it looks ridiculously short on me on the sides. Petite divas would look amazing in it. I am listing this dress for less than I paid for it because of its previously unknown flaws.
