Trashy Diva brand - Vintage-Inspired, Silk A-Line Dress

Rich teal and black 100% silk in a color block combination. EUC, original owner, only worn by me 2x. Classic 40s-inspired cut in Candice Gwinn’s eponymous finer-fabrics collection for her brand, Trashy Diva. These designs pop up occasionally, she hasn’t done silk consistently in years. Teal color-block frames overlapping v-neck with gathers at the shoulders and low center bust. Gathers allow bust to flatter a variety of sizes. Waist is emphasized by decorative, top-stitched band. Elbow-length sleeves feature gathers at shoulder and elasticized smocking down the outside of the arm that looks beautiful and allows for ease of movement. Flattering a-line skirt meant to end below the knee. Hidden side zip for ease of on/off. Back of dress is solid black. I recommend steaming this fabric. If you must iron, use an ironing cloth and iron on reverse side to avoid iron shine damage. Hand wash or dry clean. Listed as Size 8 - read measurements.
