A few questions ... Is this waterproof, I.e., a raincoat? What's the length of the coat, sleeve length and chest measurement?

Also, does it come with a hood? And a belt? Can you add a photo with a back view?

@mar3ah47 the arm length is 25.25" from the back down the measurements are 36" and the chest is 18.25" and here goes the back of the coat. Also it's water resistant so it's a rain coat
