Trend Studio blue and white sundress, elastic body

This is a new with tags blue and white striped sundress with a double ruffle hem and gold Lurex threads throughout that give it a little bit of a sparkle. This has an elasticized top and has shoulder ties. This is a sizing sample for this company and it is marked as small but I’m gonna call it an XS. You can see how it fits my extra small mannequin and also by the measurements I would say that this is more of an XS. May also be used as a top if you feel it’s too short.
