Trending Flare Leg Pants Size 5/6 NWOT

Animal print black & white that ate 96% cotton & 4% spandex, little stretchy. They have a folded cuff not sewn in. They have a zipper & button front close but no pockets & fairly slim legs but not like leggings. Fabric feels like it would be somewhat water repellent. I measured the knee & hem & the bottom are 1/2” wider than rest of leg. So very very slight flare. Leg opening across front is 7 & 1/2”, hips across 16”, waist 13”. Rise 9 & 1/2”, inseam 25-28”.
