I'm a 9 and it fits my figure perfectly. Another girl, she has pear shaped and the jeans fitted her body to her body due to the stretch and comfort. So now I'm confused...but those also had spandex in them as well. I know posh doesn't allow returns ,so I want to make sure they fit...according to the measurements you gave me they should but I didn't think polyester stretched that much. I just don't want them to be too small
