45westfish the system was purchased for my adult daughter who lives with me. she just did not try it..she doesn't try alot of things such as solution for her hair on the top of her head which is balding..i can buy things, but unless she agrees to use it, nothing will happen...actually, we have an appointment for her to see endocrinology soon for polycystic ovarian syndrome which is causing the facial hair and balding of the top of the head..
