This is a Tribal Brand Asymetrical Womens skirt in a size XL. It is Made in Canada. The waist measures 38" and it measures 35" from the top of the skirt to the bottom at the longest point. It is soft and made of 95% Rayon, 5% spandex. It is in good used condition, no rips or stains. Please see photos for details.
